Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM (GMT +1). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning, while orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We offer free shipping for orders over €150 within EEC countries and the United States: delivery time is 3–5 working days.
For all other countries, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country: the courier will contact you to arrange payment.
ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to our courier’s website to inform you about the delivery status. Alternatively, you can always track your delivery within the “My Account” section on our website.
When the order arrives, we kindly ask you to carefully check the package before signing as proof of delivery. If, for any reason, the package appears damaged or tampered with, we ask you to sign with reservation or refuse the delivery.
If the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or the package shows signs of tampering, we ask you to immediately contact the local courier office and contact us at customercare@kampos.com.
KAMPOS cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing packages after they have been successfully delivered by the courier to the specified address.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If, despite our quality checks, you find a defect in your product, please write to us at customercare@kampos.com. We will cover all return costs and send you a new product free of charge.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date of the online order. After this period, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition:
- not worn beyond normal trying on
- not washed
- complete with all original tags
- returned with the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction of the refund if the product shows signs of use other than those necessary for a simple try-on. For hygiene reasons, all swimwear is equipped with a security seal. The right of withdrawal is excluded if the seal is removed, damaged, or tampered with. In such cases, the return will not be accepted and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, who is free to choose the courier they prefer for the return. For non-EU countries, as an indication, return costs amount to approximately EUR 80.
Once the return has been received and verified, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
The refund includes:
- the product price
- any standard shipping costs incurred for the initial delivery
Any additional costs for premium shipping services (e.g. express) will not be refunded.
For orders outside the European Union:
- any duties and taxes are non-refundable
- any customs costs for the return remain the responsibility of the customer
If these costs are not covered, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
If the return does not comply with the above conditions, the refund will not be issued. The customer may choose to receive the product again at their own expense.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date of the online order. Please write to customercare@kampos.com.
If you have doubts about the size, consult the size guide available for the desired product (directly on the product page) or contact us at customercare@kampos.com. Any shipping costs and customs duties related to the return or the new shipment of the product are borne by the customer.
These conditions apply exclusively to purchases made online on kampos.com. For policies related to purchases made in our physical stores, please write to customercare@kampos.com: we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information and instructions.
